Everything we do starts with the sales problem.

Sometimes that means helping people use the AI tools they already have significantly better.

Sometimes it means building new capability directly into the sales operation.

Often it’s both.

What we can bring to the problem.

Most engagements draw on a few of these. Very few need all of them. Measure sits at the centre because it’s how we prove the ROI that we deliver.

Diagnose

Find where AI is actually worth applying.

Not every sales problem needs AI, and not every AI opportunity deserves investment. We find the parts of your commercial operation where a change in capability, behaviour or workflow would create real value.

What this can include

  • The AI Sales Radar
  • Discovery interviews with leaders and sellers
  • Sales process and workflow mapping
  • A prioritised AI opportunity roadmap

Enable

Help your people get more from the AI they already have.

Buying an AI tool doesn’t change how people work. We help sales teams use tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot well, from everyday prompting to reusable agents, skills and team-wide ways of working. The goal is better selling.

What this can include

  • Workshops
  • Immersion labs
  • Build-alongs
  • Reusable prompt, skill and agent libraries

Adopt

Get a new tool or process into everyday use.

A system only creates value if people use it. When we introduce a specific agent, tool or process, we support the rollout until it’s part of how your team sells.

What this can include

  • Rollout sprints
  • One-to-one and group coaching
  • Manager enablement
  • Playbooks and how-to guides
  • Iteration after launch

Build

Put AI directly into the sales operation.

Where the problem needs more than better use of existing tools, we design and build AI agents, automations and workflows around the way your team sells, inside the systems they already use wherever possible.

What this can include

  • Bespoke agents
  • Automation
  • Workflow design
  • Knowledge bases
  • Integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce and Microsoft Copilot

Measure

Know what you’re trying to improve.

Before we begin, we agree the commercial number we’re trying to move. Then we go back and check whether the work moved it.

What this can include

  • Success metrics agreed up front
  • A baseline and a before-and-after review
  • Dashboards
  • Adoption and usage tracking

What it looks like in practice.

3x

Opportunity the account team couldn’t see.

We built an account-planning agent that brings CRM data, external research, contact intelligence and customer success notes into one plan per account. Accounts weren’t being worked to their full potential: on average, sellers found new opportunity worth around three times each account’s existing contract value.

3 weeks

How far close dates were running ahead of the evidence.

An always-on qualification agent compared each deal’s forecast close date with what the activity in the CRM actually supported. On average, deals were forecast to close three weeks earlier than the evidence suggested. Leaders could see that slippage before it reached the forecast, and managers had something real to coach against. Occasionally it ran the other way, with deals ready to move sooner than the seller had called.
