Privacy notice

Last updated 2 October 2026

This notice explains what personal information Amplify Consultancy collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Amplify Consultancy is a trading name of DYCO HOLDINGS LIMITED, registered in England and Wales with company number 14095486. Our registered office is 6 Canterbury Close, Basingstoke, RG22 4PW. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

What we collect

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold any meeting you book, and keep a record of our conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps you have asked us to take before any agreement.

We will not add you to marketing emails unless you separately agree to receive them, and we never sell your information.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Messages sent through this website go straight into our customer relationship management system, HubSpot, which stores our data in its EU data centre. We also use Netlify to host this website, Calendly for meeting bookings and Adobe Fonts for typography. These providers act on our behalf or under their own terms and are required to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any working relationship that follows. If no relationship follows, we delete enquiry details within two years of our last contact.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it. To make a request, send us a message through the contact form or write to us at our registered office. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
