Process
The ‘how’ of sales. It outlines the specific actions and interactions that commercial team members should take at each stage of the customer journey, from prospecting to closing the deal.
We are adept at helping our clients understand what excellence “looks like” (skills, competencies, use of technology, etc.) for all sales roles. Together, we craft a series of steps or stages that a salesperson follows to move a lead from awareness to purchase.
Culture
Culture is about the ‘who’ and ‘team why’. It influences how team members collaborate, communicate, and approach challenges. A positive sales culture will foster motivation, innovation, and a customer-centric mindset.
